I2-I3 clarity means that the inclusions are visible to the naked eye. It’s not a fine diamond, it will not appreciate in value, and you will look cheap if you use it as an engagement ring. The IGI certification, if authentic, will include the estimated retail cost of a replacement stone. Which in this size and clarity should be under $2,000. And the $2,000 is a waste, you’ll not recover it.
not much, maybe $700-$900. You can probably find it even cheaper than that though. It’s a pretty good little ring. perfect for an engagement ring because of the price.
