How much would a damaged be appraised for?
My cousin has an engagement ring that was damaged (meaning 2 of the 5 diamonds are missing). Other than that and there are small scratches, it is in pretty good condition. If she were to use one of those Cash for Gold services, does anyone know around how much she should get for it?

If there is a small scratch on the stone so probably it is not a diamond. Any way the payment for that kind is very low. There is not so much gold on it and the stones are fakes diamonds. But may be you mean that the diamond has a small fither on it. You must show it to a Professional to check if they are diamonds or not.

a ring with missing diamonds will be valued for the scrap value only. That is the gram weight of the gold and the diamonds for their size and quality. We would need that information to give an estimate.
